DELIVERY
We will send your order as soon as possible - the delivery time depends on the product - please check the delivery time at our online shop.
Shipments are sent via UPS, DHL or MyParcel from our warehouse in the Netherlands. You have the option to deliver your package to a different address, just fill in the correct delivery address.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply sent us an email with the order number as well as your name and address, and return the unused product in its original unbroken packaging, together with order confirmation, within 7 days of receipt for a refund to:

Please note, only returns with printed order confirmation will be accepted.
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased the product, but not the original freight. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 5 days.
You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
